The OST song of the movie ‘Kathaputali’, which is going to be released on the 16th of this month, ‘Yo Jyan Kathaputali’ has been made public. The folk song has the voice of singer Melina Rai, lyrics by Dayaram Pandey, and music by Suresh Adhikari. The song covers scenes from the movie.
Video of the song is made using VFX and animation. The film tells the story of a prince who abandoned his family and struggles to escape from various mysteries and invisible forces he faced while staying at the royal palace.
Directed by Bhimsen Lama, the film stars Gauri Malla, Mithila Sharma, Shilpa Mashke, Karma, Usha Rajak, Suvarna Thapa, and Dhruv Koirala among others. The film is produced by Prithvi Rana Magar and written by Sampada Malla.
